Which Weight Selection is Right for Me? Our recommendation is to select a blanket weight that is around 10% of your body weight. If you are in between sizes, we suggest choosing the lower of the two weights, as the typical customer exchange is for a blanket of a lower weight.

Can the Gravity Blanket be Shared? We do not recommend trying to share the Gravity Blanket with a partner, as each blanket is designed to be used by a single individual based on their body weight (~10%). For sharing, we recommend our Queen/King Gravity Blanket.

Blanket and Duvet Cover Attachment Precise gridded stitching ensures the glass beads remain uniformly distributed within the blanket. The Gravity Blanket is securely held in place inside the duvet cover by our new, upgraded button and zipper system.

Washing Instructions The duvet cover is machine washable. However, the weighted insert should only be washed by hand. For ongoing care, remove the cover before washing, and machine wash the cover in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low and cool iron if needed.
