Recommended Weight/Size: We recommend choosing a weighted blanket that weighs 10% of your body weight. If you're new to using weighted blankets, we suggest starting with a lighter one to try first. It may take 2 to 7 days to get accustomed to the weight. For example, a 60x80 inches weighted blanket of 20 lbs is suitable for adults. This weighted blanket is much smaller than a regular blanket, so please refer to our size chart to make the right choice.

This sewing process helps the blanket distribute the weight evenly and conform to your body. The breathable heavy blanket is soft, comfortable, and odorless, making it suitable for year-round use.

Unique Technology of Glass Beads: We've observed that the biggest problem with weighted blankets is that as the beads move, the weight becomes more and more uneven. To solve this issue, we've double-wrapped the threads to make the sewing around the heavy blanket firmer, and filled it with 0.8-1 mm non-toxic, hypoallergenic glass beads. This ensures that the beads will not shift from one area to another during use.

Care Attention & Customer Service: The weighted blanket is machine-washable on a gentle cycle in cold water, and should be air-dried. Hand washing is also recommended. Tumble dry on a low setting or line dry. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach. If you have any problems with the weighted blanket, please contact us, and we will provide customer service 24 hours. The heavy blanket is not recommended for use by children under 3 years old or pregnant women, and you should not cover your face with the blanket.
